Get cracking? Nah, get creative!... with EGG SUBSTITUTIONS!
I'll note that these egg replacements work best for TEXTURE and structure/binding.
For LEAVENING, try a smidgen more baking powder or baking soda + acid (lemon juice/vinegar)
- works a charm!
